Holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Mr. Nguyen Duc Nghia brings more than 20 years of experience in banking and investment consulting. He has held senior leadership positions for over 15 years, including Head of Department, Branch Director, and Deputy Division Director at leading commercial banks in Vietnam.

Mr. Dang Van Dien – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Mr. Dang Van Dien is a Civil Engineer with more than 20 years of leadership experience in construction, transportation, and irrigation projects. He has also led and advised multiple initiatives in forestry development, as well as the processing and trading of agricultural and forest products.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Travel, Mr. Vu Van Bang has over 20 years of experience, including 10 years as a coordinator for the Ha Giang Provincial Poverty Reduction Project, and 10 years managing and operating tourism services in Ha Giang.
